Our management team comprises primarily of qualified and experienced trainers, assessors, internal and external verifiers (i.e. professional people who understand the training industry and the associated requirements, with over 10 decades of combined training expertise under their belts), so the quality of training being offered always comes first!
Because we have been around for some time we know and understand better than anyone that any qualification is only ever as good as the team delivering it, that is why we have spent in excess of 3 years, sourcing and building strong supplier relationships with our training delivery partners, personally selecting those who share the same values as ourselves.
We all have unusual and varied backgrounds across a variety of sectors ranging from beauty, construction and pharmaceuticals to bakeries and textiles, but it is also reassuring that we have all also run our own businesses and been around for a bit. This means that unlike many people in this business we have experienced the real world and what we say and recommend is based upon the 'tried and tested' rather than obscure theory.
